To receive the race pack, you must provide:
- an identity document (passport/ID)
- an original medical certificate confirming that you are fit to participate in competitions, certified by a doctor (Form 086 or the template provided in Appendix No. 3)
- accident insurance policy or a triathlete sports license with valid insurance
- a liability waiver accepting responsibility for your own health (Appendix No. 2)
